Bladder problems are more than just a nuisance; leakage can affect nearly every aspect of your life. Maybe you use pads to control it, limit how much you drink, cross your legs when you sneeze, or map out every bathroom in town. Maybe you avoid exercising, going out with friends, or playing with your kids for fear of leaking. The shame, embarrassment, the feelings of isolation may have kept you from seeking a solution. Or maybe you didn’t realize these things were a problem at all, that they were just a “normal” part of aging or being a woman. That all ends NOW. Join our Fitness Challenge and learn the exercises and strategies proven to be effective to build a strong pelvic floor and core and improve bladder control. Imagine knowing how to handle coughs and sneezes, being confident of performing Kegels correctly, and understanding habits to help keep your bladder healthy. Join us for our next online Fitness Challenge

Get on a path to conquer your bladder leakage

Who: If you are a woman who has any leakage when you sneeze, cough, laugh, yell, stand or exercise, then this challenge is for you. Classes are not strenuous, and are appropriate for people of all ages and fitness levels. (Must be 18 years of age or older.) Class is capped at 16 participants to ensure each person gets personal attention.
 
What: This 6-week course will teach you simple, personalized, progressive exercises to strengthen and protect your pelvic floor, as well as essential healthy bladder habits to help you transform your bladder health. In less than 15 minutes per day, build a strong, resilient pelvic floor to help you get back in control.
 
Where: Online! Attend weekly online live Zoom instruction, where you will learn your Exercise of the Week, your Healthy Bladder Habit of the week, and get all your pelvic health questions answered. Recordings of classes will be available for those who cannot make the class. 

When: Our next class starts in July 2022! Class days and times to be announced. Email your preferences to me at [email protected]. Each class is approximately 30-45 minutes long.

: Rest assured your privacy will be protected throughout the Fitness Challenge. You are in complete control of your level of participation, including during Zoom classes.
